Open to changes and even more they stimulate new ideas. Great B2B management in comparison to a heavily oriented nepotism in B2C"

All i know is i was just making calls (Former Employee) says"Axiom lied to get me in the door. Rushed me to sign papers and do drug test, but don't get you any orientation before hand. Management is bad. Class time they tell you that you will have All the support you need once on the floor. Then no help to be found. Everybody sending out emails but no one around. I would not suggest this job to anyone.No Pros....Awful placeNo cons. Dont even supply free tea!"

Supervisor says your doing great and keep up the good work. Then you get a message from HR, saying “don’t report to work, your assignment is over at night. Rather than confer with you face to face. Pretty downright sneaky. My supervisor was so disrespectful and enjoyed humiliating people. If anyone is thinking about going to work there don't. If you see a job add about an outbound call position don't do it. I wasted my time. They would not work with me or help me improve they figured I would do it on my own but in actuality I had no formal training because they do not provide the right training . Mcs1 (Former Employee) says"tell him that is the worst company ever work for. They promise you advancement so I promise you razors and never follow up with any of the promises that they give. The average they keep their employees is about three months. They promised advancement and never advance you. They promise of if you need time off they will give it to you they will not. The only benefit for this job is that it is a 8 to 5 job Monday through Friday and the weekends off, but you cannot be one minute late if you are one minute late after five they penalize you for it there's no leniency. I work for this company for three months traveled 45 miles one way worked from eight in the morning till 5 to 6 some times and did not get any recognition or advance and pay.Off on the weekendsyou fill be fired if you do the smallest thing wrong"

If you do not annoy enough high end executives into speaking with you on behalf of their client expect to get notified in a voicemail not to return. If you are not by nature pushy and annoying, or if you wish to maintain an iota of dignity stay away. Is being notified that you are fired two minutes before close of business too much of a courtesy to expect? If you have any self respect, stay away. It seemed for a while that they valued their people. If you are too good to be treated like a piece of garbage stay away.good at pretending to value human beingsnot really valuing human beings"

Telemarketer (Former Employee) says"In retrospect it seems like a great place to work for. The pay is not bad, above minimum wage and the hours are a steady 8-5 M-F. After a week or so you soon realize that they are bringing in more people then you actually see staying. The turn over rate is atrocious in comparison to the actual amount of people that stay employed for longer then 3 months. The Management is a joke all together save for a small select few that actually care, the rest base your "permanent" employment solely on weather or not they like you. If it is decided they do not like you then they monitor your every move waiting for the opportunity to send you home or fire you. If you are resilient and weave your way around this constant monitoring they will eventually just make up a story to fire you and when you try to fight this they throw some line out about how you are a temp worker and at this point they see no reason to keep you on as an employee.The business practices of this place are a joke and the treatment of the employees is worse. They use Staffing agencies to turn people in and out so quickly you hardly have a chance to learn the peoples names around you.Now don't get me wrong there are a few people that have actually managed to dig there heels in and stay longer then the average Joe but even they will tell you it is an incredibly stressful job and the managers don't do anything to make the job easier.The Managers are encouraged to badger the employees to push out production and numbers and pick out the "weak" links.This could actually be an amazing place to work but there would have toabove minumum wagemanagement and business practice"

The company made 54 million last year but pay $9 to start and after about a year you can earn $13.75 per hour. The prize give aways are insulting. You can generate a $20 Grand sales lead and you get a $1 georgia lottery scratch off ticket. If they run out of tickets they were giving snack packs of jello puddung and ritz bitz crackers. To spin the prize wheel you must get a lead and your name is put into a box with about 300 OTHER people spread across 3 buildings. The top prize on the wheel has been $5 gift cards. Occasionally they will throw in low end hp tablets but its rare. The training on products is good but in the end you realize its a dead end job as a mcs. Its telemarketing with lists provided by dell and hp but its all cold calls. And the people you reach are tired of getting myltiple calls each week selling hifh end IT hardware or IT services.steady payshort breaks no commision, they monitor your facebook acct if you are on break"

Morale is terrible and you can tell nobody wants to be there. Pay is poor but we do the work because the economy is still bad. Supervisors play favorites and look the other way when certain people break the rules. They management team is segrated from us on the phones and act like their too good to talk to us. They hire everybody thru temp agencies cause employee turnover is so high and also so they dont have to give us any benefits.nothingeverything"

I am a customer service representative, not a salesmen. I was actually sought out by a temp agency and hired through them. The entire experience was the worst I've experienced yet. The training was completely inadequate in every way. I received all of 3 days training (possibly less), then I was paired with a admin that did not even make any calls or guide me in any direction. I repeatedly expressed my concern and was not considered. I eventually got a great supervisor but within 2 weeks time I was switched to a horrible one. The first day of training with her we were told "Do not come to my desk and ask questions!". At that point I was completely done. Even after talking to fellow supervisors I found no relief. Honestly only a IT tech should work here, considering that you are not trained worth anything! The money is just not worth the embarrassing and degrading position your placed in.Full time scheduleEverything else"

Our main goal is to get leads that keep the business afloat. Management does not provide any positive feedback or moral for the employees. However, my co-workers provide moral support and positive thoughts throughout the day in order to make a working day complete. The hardest part of this job is sitting down all day and saving break time for emergencies. The most enjoyable part of the job is talking to clients and laughing at the ones which give you a hard time on the phone.
